My fitness journey and why I created Ivory Strength

Hey!

For years, I struggled with my weight and consistency in the gym. I was always searching for the “quick fix” — fad diets, unrealistic fitness trends, and anything promising fast results. Like many women, I spent years stuck in the cycle of “I’ll start tomorrow.” It was exhausting, unsustainable, and honestly, frustrating.

I also understand firsthand how challenging women’s health and hormones can be. Living with PCOS has taught me the importance of sustainable training, balanced nutrition, stress management, and creating habits that truly support long-term wellbeing—not quick fixes. It’s played a huge role in shaping the way I now approach health, fitness, and coaching.

During Covid, I started making small changes and began following online workout programmes. I saw some progress, but my nutrition still wasn’t aligned with my goals. It wasn’t until I moved to Australia and truly committed to both training and nutrition that everything started to change.

As my passion for fitness grew, I realised there was so much more to health than simply working out. I began studying through the Women’s Fitness Academy and started applying evidence-based training and nutrition principles to my own journey. The progress I’ve made in the last 6 months alone has been greater than what I achieved in the previous 5 years combined — and that completely changed my perspective on fitness.

I created Ivory Strength to help women like me: women who want to feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and more in control of their wellbeing.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving your nutrition, or simply feeling good in your own body again — I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to coaching is holistic, personalised and built around my five core values: Intentional movement, Vitality, Ownership, sustainable Results, and prioritising You.

I believe fitness is about so much more than chasing a “summer body” or punishing yourself in the gym. It’s about showing up for yourself, building sustainable habits, and creating a lifestyle that supports your health, confidence, and happiness long-term.

Every woman is different, which is why every plan I create is tailored specifically to you — your goals, your lifestyle, and your individual needs.

Is it always easy? No.
Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Choosing yourself can feel scary, but it can also be life-changing — and I can’t wait to help other women experience that too.

Let’s get holistically stronger, together.
